Dronningens gate 50, built in 1840, is located where the tram line from Lian and Byåsen stops, in the center of Trondheim. It was built as part of Trondheim’s new city plan in 1681. There is zone parking available.
St Jørgensveita extends northwards from Bispegata, Nidelven and the cemetery at Nidaros Cathedral, via Rådhus Park, to Vår Frues Kirke. St Jørgensveita, formerly referred to as the “Gamle Kirkestrede”, is the same street as the Middle Ages of the “Langstrete” where Kannikerne had their homes.
In St Jørgensveita you will live in the middle of Trondheim, with the tranquility of the park and the inspiration of history.
If you want to camp in the woods in beautiful surroundings, it is only a 15 minutes ride by car from Trondheim city center. A close and great hiking area we can recommend, among many, is the Våttakammen. There is also a short distance to bathing spots both in Ilsvika and Lade.
