Trondheim has a great tram, which has its end station right outside the townhouse. This will take you to Byåsen or Bymarka and Lian very quickly, for those who want to take in the fresh air and beautiful scenery – or have a cup of coffee at Lian restaurant.

The building is from 1840, and is probably listed after the big city fire which ravaged Trondheim on the 24th of april 1841, where 330 buildings and 40 seaside cabins burned down.
